Silence is a weapon that must be used correctly since when we give it the correct use we avoid many evils and even bad decisions. That is why keeping silence and knowing when to do it is an art, it is a virtue.
God gave importance to keeping silence when it was necessary and he placed a precise time and place because it is so important to be silent that the very Word of the Lord tells us in the book of Ecclesiastes 3: 7 when we should do it.
(Ecclesiastes 3: 7)
... Everything has its opportune moment ... a time to be silent,
and a time to talk.
(NIV)
Silence has also been created as a virtue and benefit of the human being and must be accepted and practiced with gratitude since when we keep silence it is not out of cowardice or any whim it must be understood that we keep it because time and space deserves it. in many cases and the word of God advises us when to break the silence and take prudent alternatives and solutions that guide us to the best decisions.
