Abortion is a grave sin is a mistake alternative. After the fusion of the egg and sperm, a human being exists and this occurs thirty hours after fertilization. It is necessary to emphasize that fertilization makes the beginning of the life of a human being exhibits one of the most important characteristic of living organism which is growth.
Therefore, the termination of the pregnancy at this early stage in order to prevent the baby from developing and being born alive is against the commandment of the creator who says"thou shall not kill". (ref Exodus 20:13) In abortion, the mother indirectly kills her own child to solve her problems and by abortion the father is told he does not have to take responsibility, at all, for the child he has brought into this world.
Abortion is the greatest destroyer of love and peace. The unborn are amongst the poorest of the poor and are close to God. Their lives are not for destruction but for preservation, despite the selfishness of those who fear they lack the means to feed or educate one more child.
In conclusion, I wish to emphasis that life is the most beautiful gift of God to mankind and life is present even in the unborn.
