“PROPÓSITO DE LA VISITA DE JESÚS A LA TIERRA”
Buenas mis amados hermanos y amigos, gloria a Dios por esta nueva oportunidad. Cuando recibimos una visita, por lo general vienen con un propósito: seguir cultivando la amistad, traer algún presente, pedir alguna ayuda. Otras visitan son por puro interés; eso ocurre normalmente. En el mundo, y sobre todo un pueblo tenía la esperanza de la visita de un rey, profetizada desde hacía muchos años. Cuando esa visita estuvo entre ese pueblo, lo ignoraron y no lo recibieron. En este mes el mundo celebra la llegada de esa visita.
Así que, Jesús visitó la tierra y estuvo entre nosotros. Él vino con un propósito ¿Cuál era el propósito de su visita? La Biblia nos revela el por qué Jesús vino a la tierra y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunos motivos por el cual Jesús vino a la tierra. La reflexión de hoy la he titulado “PROPÓSITO DE LA VISITA DE JESÚS A LA TIERRA”, para ello vamos a estar estudiando Juan 1:17-18. Y dice así:
17 Pues la ley por medio de Moisés fue dada, pero la gracia y la verdad vinieron por medio de Jesucristo.
18 A Dios nadie le vio jamás; el unigénito Hijo, que está en el seno del Padre, él le ha dado a conocer.
Gracias a Dios por su Palabra. En primer lugar, el propósito de venir Jesús a la tierra fue:
I.- DERIVAR LO QUE ESTABA OBSOLETO:
La Palabra nos dice muy claro que la ley fue dada por Moisés; en otras palabras, no fue una exhibición de gracia. Aunque fue un privilegio sublime, no cumplía con los requisitos de Dios. La ley, manda a los hombres a obedecer y los condena a muerte si lo dejaban de hacerlo. Les decía a los hombres lo correcto, pero no les daba el poder para hacerlo. Fue dada para mostrar a los hombres que eran pecadores, pero no podía salvarlos de sus pecados.
Dice la Palabra que por Moisés fue dada la ley, recibida de Dios. Siendo Moisés un caudillo de Israel, recibió de Dios la ley para darla al pueblo de Israel.
Como todo esto fue sombra, debería cumplirse que vendría lo verdadero, lo real y esto quedaría sin efecto. Y eso fue lo que pasó con Jesucristo.
Al venir Jesús, la ley quedó sin efecto, todo el sistema de sacrificios que tenía el pueblo judío, ya no cumplía su propósito. Cumplió su propósito, pero al venir Jesús a esta tierra quedó sin efecto. Era un sistema obsoleto, que fue quitado al venir Jesucristo a esta tierra. Ya no hacía falta todos estos rituales y sacrificios para perdón de pecados, Jesús vino a cumplir el plan de Dios y a sustituir lo que era sombra. Lo real y verdadero había llegado a este mundo.
Un 2do propósito en su visita:
II.- TRAJO LA GRACIA Y VERDAD A ESTE MUNDO:
No vino Jesús a juzgar a este mundo, sino salvar a los que eran indignos, a los que no podían salvarse a sí mismos, y que además eran sus enemigos.
Esto es la gracia: lo mejor de parte del cielo, para los peores del mundo. Con la venida de Jesucristo señalaba el cumplimiento de todas las promesas del Antiguo Pacto. La gracia marcaba el fin de las obras. Ahora no era por obras la salvación, sino por gracia. Un regalo de Dios, para todo aquel que cree en Él.
No solamente fue la gracia lo que vino por medio de Jesucristo, sino también la verdad. Jesús dijo de sí mismo: “Yo soy…. la verdad”. Él fue absolutamente verás y fiel en todas sus palabras y acciones. Aunque amaba a los pecadores, no amaba sus pecados.
Así mismo, la verdad marcaba el fin de los tipos y las sombras del antiguo pacto, pues Jesucristo es el verdadero Cordero Pascual, el chivo expiatorio verdadero. Ellos tenían en la antigüedad, la gracia como un cuadro; nosotros la tenemos en persona.
Ante tantas sectas y filosofía falsas, Jesucristo es la verdad, no hay otra fuera de Él. Gloria a Dios por esto.
El 3er propósito de la venida de Jesús a la tierra es:
III.- NOS DIO A CONOCER AL PADRE.
A Dios nadie le ha visto jamás. Al ser Dios espíritu, es invisible a los ojos del cuerpo; sólo por fe podemos ver al Invisible.
No tiene cuerpo, aunque Él se manifestó a los hombres del Antiguo Testamento en forma visible, como Ángel o como Hombre, esas apariciones no revelan realmente como es Dios. Sólo eran apariciones temporales, por las que escogió hablar a Su pueblo. El Señor Jesús, es el Unigénito Hijo de Dios; no hay otro hijo como Él. Él siempre ocupa un puesto de especial intimidad con Dios Padre.
Aun estando en la tierra, Jesús seguía estando en el Seno del Padre. Era uno con Dios, e igual a Dios. Esta bendita persona ha revelado plenamente a los hombres, a través de su vida y sus Palabras, cómo es Dios. Cuando los hombres veían a Jesús, veían a Dios. Cuando le oían hablar, oían hablar a Dios.
Uno de los nombres de Jesucristo, es Emmanuel, que significa Dios con nosotros. Jesús nos reveló y revela al Padre. Nos da a conocer a Dios
La venida de Jesucristo a la tierra, hizo una transformación total a la humanidad y la sigue haciendo.
Hoy nos toca seguir las pisadas del Salvador, la intimidad con Jesús nos revela a Su Padre. Te invito hermano a que cada día te acerques más y más a Jesucristo. Que anheles estar con el Señor. Leer la Palabra y meditar en ella, hace que conozcas más de Dios.
A ti querido amigo, te invito a que acepte a Jesucristo como Señor de tu vida, Él es la verdad. Busca cada día de Él.

"PURPOSE OF JESUS 'VISIT TO EARTH"
Good morning my beloved brothers and friends, praise God for this new opportunity. When we receive a visitor, they usually come with a purpose: to continue cultivating friendship, to bring a present, to ask for some help. Others visit are for pure interest; that happens normally. In the world, and especially a people had the hope of the visit of a king, prophesied for many years. When that visit was among those people, they ignored it and did not receive it. This month the world celebrates the arrival of that visit.
So, Jesus visited the earth and was among us. He came for a purpose. What was the purpose of your visit? The Bible reveals why Jesus came to earth and today I want to share with you some reasons why Jesus came to earth. I have entitled today's reflection "PURPOSE OF JESUS 'VISIT TO EARTH", for this we are going to be studying John 1: 17-18. And it goes like this:
17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18 No one has ever seen God, but God the One and only, who is at the Father´s, he has made him known. Thank God for his Word. In the first place, the purpose of Jesus coming to earth was:I.- DERIVING WHAT WAS OBSOLETE:
The Word tells us very clearly that the law was given by Moses; in other words, it was not a display of grace. Although it was a sublime privilege, it did not meet God's requirements. The law commands men to obey and condemns them to death if they failed to do so. It told men the right thing to do, but it didn't give them the power to do it. It was given to show men that they were sinners, but it could not save them from their sins.
The Word says that through Moses the law was given, received from God. Moses being a leader of Israel, he received from God the law to give it to the people of Israel.
As all this was shadow, it should be fulfilled that the true would come, the real and this would be without effect. And that's what happened with Jesus Christ.
When Jesus came, the law was without effect, the entire sacrificial system that the Jewish people had, no longer served its purpose. It served its purpose, but when Jesus came to this earth it was rendered ineffective. It was an obsolete system, which was taken away when Jesus Christ came to this earth. All these rituals and sacrifices were no longer needed for the forgiveness of sins, Jesus came to fulfill God's plan and to replace what was shadow. The real and true had come to this world.
A 2nd purpose in your visit:
II.- BROUGHT GRACE AND TRUTH TO THIS WORLD:
Jesus did not come to judge this world, but to save those who were unworthy, those who could not save themselves, and who were also his enemies.
This is grace: the best from heaven, for the worst in the world. With the coming of Jesus Christ it signaled the fulfillment of all the promises of the Old Covenant. Grace marked the end of works. Now salvation was not by works, but by grace. A gift from God, for everyone who believes in Him.
It was not only grace that came through Jesus Christ, but also truth. Jesus said of himself: “I am…. the truth". He was absolutely true and faithful in all his words and actions. Although he loved sinners, he did not love their sins.
Likewise, the truth marked the end of the types and shadows of the old covenant, for Jesus Christ is the true Paschal Lamb, the true scapegoat. They had in ancient times, grace as a picture; we have it in person.
Faced with so many false sects and philosophy, Jesus Christ is the truth, there is no other than Him. Praise God for this.
The 3rd purpose of Jesus' coming to earth is:
III.- HE GAVE US TO KNOW THE FATHER.
No one has ever seen God. Being God spirit, he is invisible to the eyes of the body; only by faith can we see the Invisible.
He has no body, although He manifested Himself to the men of the Old Testament in visible form, as Angel or as Man, these appearances do not really reveal what God is like. They were only temporary appearances, for which He chose to speak to His people. The Lord Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God; there is no other son like Him. He always occupies a position of special intimacy with God the Father.
Even while on earth, Jesus was still in the bosom of the Father. He was one with God, and equal to God. This blessed person has fully revealed to men, through his life and his Words, what God is like. When men saw Jesus, they saw God. When they heard him speak, they heard God speak.
One of the names of Jesus Christ is Emmanuel, which means God with us. Jesus revealed to us and reveals the Father. It makes us know God.
The coming of Jesus Christ to earth, made a total transformation to humanity and continues to do so.
Today we have to follow in the footsteps of the Savior, intimacy with Jesus reveals His Father. I invite you brother to get closer and closer to Jesus Christ every day. May you long to be with the Lord. Reading the Word and meditating on it makes you know more about God.
To you dear friend, I invite you to accept Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, He is the truth. Search every day for Him.
