Time to renew strength in the Lord

in HeartChurch5 years ago

But those who wait for Jehovah will have new strength; they will lift wings like eagles; they will run and not tire; they will walk and not grow weary. Isaiah 40:31 Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)

There are days when our spirits are on the ground. There are moments that cause you to throw in the towel and give up on the problem, because you feel physical and spiritual wear.

Many men of God had moments and circumstances so complex and difficult that they had to get into the cleft of the rock, to regain new strength and breath in the Lord.

I remember the story of a woman named Ana, who whenever she went up with her husband Elcana to Shiloh where the house of God was, her husband's other wife named Penina humiliated her and made fun of her because she was sterile.

On a certain occasion, they went back to Shiloh to worship God, Ana could no longer bear the humiliations of her rival and decided with a heavy heart, to renew her strength in the Lord and to fight through faith with her problem of sterility.

Ana came to the presence of God against all judgment that the priest Eli issued against her, but she continued humiliated in the presence of God, renewing her strength to get up from the problem that overwhelmed her and caused her to be mocked by her rival, Penina.

Ana got into the cleft of the rock, which symbolizes the Lord Jesus Christ, and regained courage and strength to fight and conquer the blessings of God.

God was moved by her and gave her renewing strength so that her womb would transform into a fertile womb and break the curse of sterility.

Hannah recovered courage and God gave her her first son, who is the prophet Samuel.

What is the problem that has you depressed? Do like Ana, regain new strength in the presence of God and claim the blessings that God has for your life and will surely lift wings like eagles, walk and not tire, run and not get tired, because those who hope in Jehovah , they will soar like eagles.
