God is compassionate and sympathizes with our weaknesses due to our sinful condition and if we repent he forgives us.
Hebrews 4:15
Because we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our infirmities, but One who has been tempted in everything like us, but without sin.
(NBL)
Remember that God always hears our prayers and never forgets any of them.
1Jn 5: 14-15
14 This is the confidence we have as we approach God: that if we ask according to his will, he hears us.
15 And if we know that God hears all our prayers, we can be sure that we already have what we have asked of Him.
(RVR1960)
These verses argue that God hears our prayers when we cry out to him that his ears are open to our prayers and he longs for us to trust him and seek him in prayer.
Faith is based on the knowledge of God and his character, therefore when we decide to trust him and stand firm in faith we will look to the future with hope.
Hebrews 10:22:
"Let us approach God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith gives"
(RVR1960)
The adoration that is born from a sincere heart, that is, with complete frankness of purpose, must be based on the security of the justifying power of the blood of Christ and the sanctifying power of the word of God because for our prayers to be heard they must correspond with the will of God.
