What we eat matters to our body to our skin and to our health. Most people eat to gain weight most people eat to loose weight and most people dont care. As far as they are satisfied and what they are eating goes without causing stomach disorders and lots more challenges. Most people eat based on what is recommended to them due to health challenges like ulcer, diabetes, blood sugar level and all. But to stay healthy what we eat matters. Its the begining of the week and what we eat today determines our health the whole week.
