Cordial saludo estimados compañeros de Hive y de la comunidad @home.solutions, hoy les comparto un nuevo avance para mi baño, ya estoy a pocos días de comenzar con el revoque del baño para posteriormente colocar cerámica y dejarlo totalmente listo, pero hoy te quiero compartir la instalación de registro o llave para el control de paso de agua de la ducha. Aqui te dejo los dos contenidos anteriores relacionados a este mismo trabajo por si te lo perdiste para que tengas un seguimiento del avance.
Cordial greetings dear fellow Hive and @home.solutions community, today I share with you a new progress for my bathroom, I'm a few days to start with the plastering of the bathroom to later place ceramic and leave it completely ready, but today I want to share the installation of registration or key to control the passage of water from the shower. Here I leave you the two previous contents related to this same work in case you missed it so you can keep track of progress.
Primero les quiero mostrar cómo funcionaba el paso del agua antes de esta modificación, como verán el la siguiente imagen, literalmente tiene una llave de paso común y corriente, está claro que este no es el sistema original que debe tener, sino que esa llave de paso la coloque temporalmente mientras obtenía la nueva que coloque.
First I want to show you how the water passage worked before this modification, as you will see in the following image, it literally has an ordinary stopcock, it is clear that this is not the original system that it should have, but that this stopcock was placed temporarily while I got the new one that I placed.
Ya que tienen claro como estaba antes, ahora les detallo todo lo que hice para mejorar todo esto. Procedí a cortar el tubo pegado a ambos extremos de esta vieja llave de paso.
Now that you are clear on how it was before, I will now detail everything I did to improve all this. I proceeded to cut the pipe attached to both ends of this old stopcock.
Lugo tome el registro que tiene una forma en "T" y como siempre debemos colocar teflón a todas las partes que se relacionan con la acción de rosca para evitar fugas de agua.

Como pueden ver me aseguro que que el teflón quede bien puesto, esos dos accesorios de plástico que ven a los extremos del registro de bronce son lo famosos machos que encajan a la perfección de formas enroscada, por un lado tiene esa forma de rosca y por el otro lado es hueca y liasa para que encaje la tubería.

Despues comence a empalmar y sellar la tubería, cuando digo sellar es porque por este tipo de trabajos se utiliza un pegamento especial para tubería, realmente es muy buena y de acción rápida, en menos de cinco minutos y tienes garantizado el sellado de la tubería y puede tranquilamente hacer la prueba hidrostática.

Ya estando la tubería instalada vino el paso final, que es colocar la perilla o manija giratoria que le da la funcionalidad correcta referente al paso del agua, esta es de un material plástico pero con un diseño que la hace muy resistente. antes de colocar la manija como tal, hay que colocar un protector, que además de proteger valga la redundancia, también le da un toque estético por su brillo cromado.

Como dato extra les muestro esta pieza que viene incluida en la compra de este componente, esta es una especie de tapón de prueba, puede servir en un futuro ya que si tenemos algun inconveniente en alguna parte de la tubería, con este podemos sellar un lado mientras reparamos el otro, así que es muy importante guardarla.

No siendo mas aqui les muestro como me quedo este trabajo. Por otro lado les comento que es un componente bastante barato para ser de buena calidad, me costo 49.000 pesos colombianos que son al momento de realizar esta publicación unos 11,15 usd.
