Today I want to share with you my experience shopping in a very popular store here in Valencia, and I think in the whole country (Venezuela) it is a department store called Tio Ammi. I needed to find some organizing baskets for my room, so I went there to see what they had and, as always happens to me when I go to the home section, I was absolutely amazed with everything they have there, there is a little bit of everything, but one of the things I liked the most was the section of coffee and chocolate mugs, there are for all tastes and styles, but although I liked several, I could not find the self-stirring mugs 😄 and thank goodness I did not find them because that was not exactly what I went there to look for.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia comprando en una tienda muy popular aquí en Valencia, y creo que en todo el país (Venezuela) es una tienda departamental llamada Tío Ammi. Yo necesitaba encontrar unas cestas organizadoras para mi habitación, así que me acerqué allá para ver que tenían y, tal como siempre me ocurre cuando entro a la sección de hogar, me quedé absolutamente maravillada con todo lo que tienen allí, hay de todo un poco, pero una de las cosas que más me gustó fue la sección de tazas para café y chocolate, hay para todos los gustos y estilos, pero a pesar de que me gustaron varias, no pude encontrar las tazas auto revolventes 😄 y menos mal que no las encontré porque no fue precisamente eso lo que fui a buscar allí.
When I saw that miniature sakura tree I fell completely surrendered at its feet, since it is my favorite plant because I love the color pink, this one was particularly beautiful and I imagined it perfectly adorning my room, but I had to be strong and resist the temptation because this day my budget was very tight since I am saving almost every penny for something I want to buy for later, but I really loved it, it was beautiful, even so I do not rule out the possibility of acquiring it another time.
Cuando vi ese árbol de sakura en miniatura caí completamente rendida a sus pies, ya que es mi planta favorita debido a que amo el color rosa, este era particularmente hermoso y lo imaginé perfectamente adornando mi habitación, pero yo debía ser fuerte y resistir la tentación porque este día mi presupuesto estaba muy ajustado ya que estoy ahorrando casi cada centavo para algo que deseo comprar para más adelante, per de verdad me encantó estaba bellísima, aún así no descarto la posibilidad de adquirirlo en otra ocasión.
I suddenly saw some baskets like the ones I was looking for, but upon closer inspection I realized that they would work for me as they were too tall and wouldn't fit under my dresser, which is basically where I have the mess I want to sort, so I was a little disappointed, I would have to keep looking in other stores.
De pronto vi algunas cestas como las que yo estaba buscando, pero al examinarlas con más detenimiento me di cuenta de que me funcionarían ya que eran demasiado altas y no cabrían debajo de mi gavetero, que es básicamente donde tengo el desastre que quiero ordenar, así que me decepcioné un poco, tendría que seguir buscando en otras tiendas.
And just as I was about to leave the store, I found exactly what I was looking for, they were the perfect size, not too small, not too big, the depth was also perfect and they were only $3 each.
Y justo cuando estaba a unto de irme de la tienda, encontré exactamente lo que yo buscaba, tenían el tamaño perfecto, no eran demasiado pequeñas, ni tampoco demasiado grandes, la profundidad también estaba perfecta y solo tenían un valor de 3 $ cada una.
so I bought two, one white and one brown, I love them, I think it will fit everything I have in my room, basically skincare and makeup products, so I can't wait to get to work.
así que compré dos, una blanca y otra marrón, me encantaron, yo creo que si cabrá todo lo que tengo en mi habitación, básicamente productos de skincare y maquillaje, así que no puedo esperar para ponerme manos a la obra.
