❤️ ¡Hablamos de amor! ❤️
Y escogí este día para hablar de mi hogar, porque siento un amor inmenso desde sus arreglos que la verdad le quiero celebrar, honrar y hablar de todo lo bonito que significa amar donde vives y cómo vives.
A finales de 2024, pude hacerlos ¡LOS CAMBIOS! A mi hogar, dejándolo bien habitable y lo que no pudimos, bueno, es lo que estamos colocando en nuestro "papel en blanco" lo que queremos lograr para estos venideros meses que ya estamos avanzando y con ellas los proyectos.
Obviamente, cuando se ven grandes transformaciones nos motiva a seguir haciendo y siempre queremos más y más, pero una cosa que aprendí es que si quiero hacer todo, debo trabajar de manera muy organizada, para poder lograrlo; el otro aspecto que debo buscar, es el precio y lo que verdaderamente debo priorizar, por eso, mi visión va de la siguiente manera:

Cuando me mudé a mi hogar, la entrada la dejé para "después, después, después..." y así fueron pasando LOS AÑOS y no hice nada. Cómo verán en la fotografía, solo tengo una puerta muy deteriorada y lo demás es hasta un mal frisado de las paredes, porque repito, todo lo dejé para después.
Resulta que ese después llegó y tengo la misma puerta oxidada, la misma pared sin frisar y todo muy feo. Así que el primer "pendiente" que tengo es colocar mi portón; para iniciar ya compré el portón hecho porque es más trabajo mandarlo a hacer. El único problema es que la estructura es más grande, así que de no poderse adaptar, tendré que romper una base y construir otra.
Aparte, ya tengo la lista de materiales como riel, base, cemento, y algunas piezas que todo suma aproximadamente unos $300 😬. Siendo Cashea (Aplicación de préstamos en mi país) aceptada en los negocios donde pienso comprar, la usaré en mi esperanza de comprar los materiales y poder tenerlos para hacer la obra. Además, la mano de obra me costará $100, pero debo tener unos $100 más por los imprevistos que surgen siempre y que no me dejen la obra por la mitad.

The only problem is that the structure is bigger, so if it cannot be adapted, I will have to break a base and build another one. Other than that, I already have the list of materials like rail, base, cement, and some parts which all adds up to about $300 😬. Cashea (Loan Application in my country) being accepted at the businesses where I plan to shop, I will use it in my hope to buy the materials and be able to have them to do the work. Also, the labor will cost me $100, but I should have about $100 more for the incidentals that always come up and not leave me with the work half done.
Obviamente, que al tener el portón se verá hacia dentro y eso está en obra gris. Mi mamá está deseosa de tener un lugar donde sentarse con sus muebles, colocar sus plantas, sin tierra y polvo. Además, como pinté la puerta (luego les cuento), debo protegerla del sol y la lluvia que la dañó inicialmente.
Para lograr esto, debo frisar sus paredes, pintarlas, colocar techo y hacer un sobre piso para luego colocar la cerámica.
Aquí si estoy un poco atrasada porque debo comprar cemento, cal para las paredes, y pedir el presupuesto del piso, porque aún no me decido si colocarle cerámica, cemento pulido o alguna otra técnica que pueda poner que sea duradera, ya que lo que haga debe ser resistente al calor, frío, lluvia, y así evitaría los hongos, grietas, o con el tiempo se dañe y deba estar reemplazando ¡Escucho ideas! 😎.
Con respecto al techo, tengo unas piezas de zinc muy resistentes, las cuales quiero pintar de blanco para colocarlas más bonitas; debo comprar los demás materiales para instalarlo, pero tengo un "problemita" con los cables de electricidad que los ubicaron de mala manera, así que ese es otro tema que debo tocar al momento de la instalación 🙃.

Regarding the roof, I have some very resistant zinc pieces, which I want to paint white to place them more beautiful; I must buy the other materials to place it, but I have a “little problem” with the electricity cables that were placed in a bad way, so that is another issue that I must touch at the time of installation 🙃.
Bueno, en los trabajos que hicimos en diciembre que iniciamos por la pintura y terminamos haciendo un mesón 🙃, quedaron sin puertas, por lo que debo también colocarle algo que resguarde lo que se encuentra allí.
Yo no estaba de acuerdo, pero al ya estar el mesón bueno, tengo que cubrirlo. Al principio, pensé en unas puertas de madera, pero no hablamos solo de puertas, sino de divisiones adentro, gavetas, diseños, bisagras, manillas, entonces todo eso va sumando.
Debo buscar materiales que combinen con el techo y el piso y el estilo rupestre que le quiero dar, pero dentro, puedo usar otros materiales más económicos y que sean resistentes.
Acá he visto unos vídeos de Instagram, pero no he ido a buscar el material porque es una lámina grande, debo picarla, trasladarla y eso de verdad que no está en mis planes inmediatos, pero sí para cumplir este 2025 😌 💯.
The doors of the countertop Well, in the work we did in December that started with the painting and ended up making a countertop 🙃, there were no doors, so I must also put something to protect what is there. I didn't agree, but since the countertop is already good, I have to cover it. At first, I thought about wooden doors, but we are not only talking about doors, but also about interior divisions, drawers, designs, hinges, handles, so all that adds up. I have to look for materials that match the ceiling and floor and the rock style I want to give it, but inside, I can use other materials that are more economical and resistant. Here I have seen some Instagram videos, but I have not gone to look for the material because it is a large sheet, I have to chop it, move it and that really is not in my immediate plans, but yes to fulfill this 2025 😌 💯.
Bueno, y así quiero conservarme, queriendo y amando mi hogar hasta convertirlo en mi lugar de donde no deba salir en mucho tiempo por si hay otra pandemia, ya todo esté hermoso 😍.
Siempre existen muchas cosas que hacer, pero simplemente no quiero abrumarme con querer todo porque el factor dinero es muy imperante, pero necesito tener claro lo que voy a hacer y las prioridades que voy a tener, lo demás se irá agregando, cambiando, pero jamás eliminarlo 😉.
