Una inesperada filtración en la cocina [ESP]/[ENG]
Hoy les comparto una desagradable experiencia: una filtración en la llave del fregadero de la cocina que hace que se inunden los gabinetes inferiores.
Hacia varios días que estaba saliendo agua por debajo del gabinete del fregadero de la cocina, pero como siempre pasaba que se derramaba el agua de filtro cuando llenabamos la jarra, no le había prestado lucha atención. Sin embargo, ayer volví a ver agua saliendo del cajón, abri la puerta y saqué los utensilios y pude ver que había un charco de agua en el fondo del cajón y una gota constante que bajaba por la manguera del fregadero.
Metí mi mano hasta tocar la llave de fregadero por debajo y verifique que de allí venia la filtración.
Terminé de sacar la mayoría de las cosas del cajón, (no se como cabían tantas cosas alli), y luego me metí para revisar bien y verifique que la gota venia de la llave pero como no tenía herramientas, no pude hacer nada.
Al día siguiente, llamé al plomero que trabaja en la obra donde laboro y me dijo que pasaría al final de la tarde.Saludos estimados amigos de la comunidad @homesolutions, espero que su dia haya sido excelente cargado de bendiciones.
Efectivamente, luego de un buen rato, el plomero pudo desarmar y desinstalar la llave del fregadero, y pude ver que tenia toda la base corroída y una de laa mangueras estaba rota.
El plomero le colocó tapones a las salidas de agua fría y caliente para que pudiéramos usar el agua y mañana proceder a comprar los repuestos para reparar la llave.
En una próxima publicación les mostraré como quedó luego de repararla.

An unexpected leak in the kitchen

For several days water had been coming out from under the kitchen sink cabinet, but since it always happened that the filter water spilled when we filled the pitcher, I hadn't paid much attention to it.
However, yesterday I saw water coming out of the drawer again, I opened the door and took out the utensils and could see that there was a puddle of water in the bottom of the drawer and a steady drip coming down the sink hose
I reached under the sink faucet and verified that this was where the leak was coming from.
I finished taking most of the stuff out of the drawer, (I don't know how so much stuff fit in there), and then I reached in to check and verified that the leak was coming from the faucet but since I didn't have any tools, I couldn't do anything.
The next day, I called the plumber who works at the construction site where I work and he told me that he would come by at the end of the afternoon.
Sure enough, after a while, the plumber was able to disassemble and uninstall the sink faucet, and I could see that the entire base was corroded and one of the hoses was broken.
The plumber put plugs in the hot and cold water outlets so that we could use the water and tomorrow we could proceed to the sink.
In a future post I will show you how it looked after repairing it.

En casa las llaves se dañan muy seguidos, la presión con la que llega el agua creo que es tan fuerte, que las llaves terminan cediendo a ellas. Espero que al colocar la nueva llave todo mejore asi no se desperdicia el vital liquido ni causa desorden.
Es un problema porque se desajuste todo, incluyendo el presupuesto. Gracias por comentar @doriangel
