Un Ambiente Para Los Muebles. Estamos de vuelta con más metas logradas y más emociones en el hogar. Las dos primeras metas del año han sido grandiosas y aunque no he plasmado mis metas de forma detallada en una especie de documentación; sí las tenemos establecidas de forma general y son varias. Ustedes saben que la primera fue reparar el juego de muebles y mientras eso sucede; nos hemos centrado en la remodelación del sitio o del ambiente donde éstos serán colocados.
El área para ello es un espacio que tenemos en el centro de la casa; el cuál, antes era un cuarto y ahora será la sala. Ciertamente está un poco deteriorado, pero ya tenemos en mente lo que vamos a realizar para ponerla a tono y para ello, contratamos una persona para realizar ese trabajo; poco a poco vamos mejorando el hogar y lógicamente, desbloqueando nuevas metas que nos llenan de mucho orgullo y satisfacción; a todo esto le hemos imprimido mucho esfuerzo y eso es lo que hace que los logros sean más poderosos.
An Environment for Furniture. We are back with more goals accomplished and more excitement in the home. The first two goals of the year have been great and although I haven't laid out my goals in any kind of detailed documentation; we do have them laid out in a general way and there are several. You know that the first one was to repair the furniture set and while that is happening; we have focused on the remodeling of the place or the environment where they will be placed.
The area for this is a space that we have in the center of the house; which, before was a room and now will be the living room. Certainly it is a little deteriorated, but we already have in mind what we are going to do to put it in tune and for that, we hired a person to do that work; little by little we are improving the home and logically, unlocking new goals that fill us with pride and satisfaction; to all this we have printed a lot of effort and that is what makes the achievements more powerful.

Las paredes del área estaban bastantes deterioradas; tenían mucha humedad y se notaban grietas profundas. Llamamos a la persona que haría el trabajo para que nos planteara varias opciones y lógicamente, debíamos adaptarnos a un presupuesto. Primero, hablamos sobre texturizado; luego sobre si era posible hacer grafiado y al final; se planteó la posibilidad de colocar estuco, el cual viene preparado con un elemento que funciona contra la humedad; así nos plantearon las opciones.
Ahora; dentro de estas tres propuestas escogimos la última; es decir, decidimos realizar el trabajo con estuco, ya que era más económico y sabíamos que las paredes y el techo iban a quedar bien con este material. La persona que contratamos trabaja muy bien, ya hemos realizado algunos trabajos con él y es de nuestra total confianza. Sin embargo, él nos dijo que para que el trabajo quedará bien había que frisar todas las paredes y el techo debido al deterioro que estaban presentando; entonces se requerían 6 sacos de estuco y 2 de cemento, son 40 metros cuadrados por todo, porque también se incluye un pequeño pasillo que está antes de llegar al baño; manos a la obra.
The walls of the area were quite deteriorated; they had a lot of humidity and deep cracks. We called the person who was going to do the work to present us with several options and, logically, we had to adapt to a budget. First, we talked about texturing, then about whether it was possible to do graffiti and finally, we discussed the possibility of applying stucco, which comes prepared with an element that works against humidity; this is how we were presented with the options.
Now; within these three proposals we chose the last one; that is to say, we decided to do the work with stucco, since it was more economical and we knew that the walls and ceiling would look good with this material. The person we hired works very well, we have already done some work with him and we trust him completely. However, he told us that for the work to look good we had to smooth all the walls and ceiling due to the deterioration they were showing; so 6 sacks of stucco and 2 of cement were required, there are 40 square meters for everything, because it also includes a small hallway that is before reaching the bathroom; let's get to work.
Se dió inicio al trabajo; y como ustedes saben, el año pasado se hizo una remodelación del sistema eléctrico, por lo que se habían colocado ciertos elementos de forma superficial. Pero ahora eso ha cambiado; porque por ejemplo, los cables y cajetines que están superficiales, ahora quedarán dentro de las paredes como es debido, por lo que el albañil inició el trabajo con ese aspecto.
Al terminar con la parte eléctrica; poco a poco fue picoteando las paredes, especialmente donde estaban ubicadas las grietas, esto con la finalidad de que el cemento quedará bien colocado al momento de frisar. Luego, lógicamente se dió inicio al frisado, tanto de las paredes, como del techo; ya el ambiente estaba tomando forma.

Once the electrical work was finished, little by little he began to peck at the walls, especially where the cracks were located, so that the cement would be well placed at the time of framing. Then, logically, the troweling began, both on the walls and the ceiling; the environment was already taking shape.
Una vez que las paredes y el techo estuvieran bien frisados; claro está, había que esperar por lo menos un día entero para iniciar con la colocación del estuco. Estábamos muy contentos, porque la diferencia se notaba a millones de kilometros, un espacio que estaba súper deteriorado, ahora es un ambiente muy bonito e imagínense ustedes como se verá cuando tengamos los muebles. Para finalizar, el albañil comenzó a colocar el estuco y a darle los toques definitivos para culminar con lo planificado.
El trabajo quedó excelente, nos sentimos satisfechos, pero eso no es todo, porque debemos darle ese toque de color maravilloso para que todo quede super mejor. Claro está, que vamos a pintar cuando sepamos el día de la entrega de los muebles; de esta manera, al saberlo, días antes lo haremos; en estos días vamos y compramos la pintura, jejejeje. Bueno amigos míos, esta ha sido otra entrega de felicidad en nuestro hogar, otra meta lograda y ya van dos en menos de dos meses de haber iniciado el año; saludos y nos vemos pronto; que dios nos bendiga a todos.

Of course, we are going to paint when we know the day of the delivery of the furniture; this way, when we know it, days before we will do it; in these days we go and buy the paint, hehehehehe.
