La plancha es uno de los elementos más difíciles de lograr y aun más si se quieren realizar de forma correcta, actualmente existen dos caminos para llegar a ella uno que es el ya conocido que es mediante la realización de la straddle planche que el cual estoy practicando regularmente en mis entrenos sin embargo para los que en verdad quieren la plancha primero pueden usar el half tuck que es más directo hacia el elemento. En lo personal si quiero plancha completa pero me gusta hacer straddle planche y de la forma en que las practico es con su postura correcta que ahí es donde se pone difícil ya que realizarla de esta manera puede ser bastante complicado, en las imágenes lo primero que hago es un aguante máximo de tensión como se puede observar logro buena técnica y ejecución pero mi máximo actual son desde 4 a 3 segundos ya que todavía me cuesta pero puedo hacer varios aguantes y para finalizar realizo aguantes de 90 deegre pero con la misma ejecución de la plancha ósea bien limpios que también cuesta pero es una progresión más sencilla también bajándolos de negativa sirve y en straddle también.Hello
