La full planche es uno de los estáticos más difíciles y a su vez el más deseado por todos los que practican Street Workout, en mi caso es así ya que me llama mucho la atención este estático aunque últimamente desde que retome se me ha dado bastante el Front Lever y si que este estático me costo mucho dominarlo como ahora pero durante finales de Enero de este año empecé a hacer uno que otros 90° degree Push UP y tuve la iniciativa de empezar de nuevo con la plancha ya que he entendido la técnica primero logre la straddle pero siendo sincero esta me cuesta más realizarla de forma correcta(no sé porque) así que decidí intentar full planche como tal y tengo mas tranque hasta que esta semana la he logrado aguantar hasta 5 segundos ya que tengo facilidad de trancar. Sin más que agregar espero dominarla, así como el Front Lever con el transcurso del tiempo.
