Hola compañeros de #Hive y de la comunidad #Streetworkout hoy les quiero compartir fotografías de mi entrenamiento de jalón, que realice el día de hoy, comencé por dominadas explosivas como primer ejercicio para sacarle el mayor provecho posible a este ejercicio, como segundo ejerció, realice dominadas intercalando el agarre, una dominada en agarre abierto, luego una dominada en agarre cerrado, luego realice dominadas supinas para, y para finalizar, dominadas australianas en barra alta. Y así fue como complete está rutina de entrenamiento de jalón, relativamente sencilla pero buena.

And that's how I completed this relatively simple but good pull-up training routine.
