Street Workout Community, yo soy @alejandrog-swc y el día de hoy les traigo una rutina de empuje para principiantes, esta rutina está enfocada en el fortalecimiento del pecho, los brazos y hombros, nos ayudará a ganar explosividad y resistencia a la hora de hacer flexiones y fondos con sus respectivas variantes. La rutina está conformada por 6 ejercicios, 2 ejercicios principales con sus respectivas variaciones, a continuación les estaré dejando el video de la rutina, espero sea de su agrado.
