Es un verdadero placer estar nuevamente con ustedes, queridos y apreciados lectores. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una sesión fotográfica que realicé en el parque, mientras estaba en medio de una rutina de *front lever*. La verdad es que llevaba un tiempo sin hacer publicaciones debido a que estaba concentrado en las últimas evaluaciones universitarias, pero ahora finalmente me encuentro activo y listo para volver a postear más seguido.

Debo confesar que en las últimas semanas no me sentía en mi mejor forma física, pero estoy seguro de que, con el entrenamiento adecuado, recuperaré mi nivel y lograré superar los trucos que ya domino. En esta sesión también tuve la oportunidad de practicar algunos movimientos de freestyle y de explorar nuevas combinaciones que planeo incorporar a mis entrenamientos. Mi objetivo es dominarlas al 100% y seguir mejorando constantemente.

Al final, puedo decir que esta sesión de entrenamiento estuvo increíble y me dio la motivación necesaria para seguir trabajando con más dedicación. Continuaré dándolo todo en cada entrenamiento para seguir avanzando y alcanzar nuevas metas.

It’s truly a pleasure to be back with you, dear and valued readers. Today, I want to share with you a photo session I did at the park while doing a *front lever* routine. The truth is, I had been away for a while from posting because I was focused on my final university assessments, but now I’m back and ready to post more frequently.

I must admit, I haven’t felt in my best physical shape recently, but I’m confident that, with the right training, I’ll get back to my level and even surpass the tricks I already know. During this session, I also had the chance to practice some freestyle moves and explore new combinations I plan to incorporate into my workouts. My goal is to master them 100% and continue improving consistently.

In the end, I can say that this training session was amazing and gave me the motivation I needed to keep working harder. I’ll continue giving my all in every training session to move forward and reach new goals.
