My physical change in 260 days - Day 01/260 Street Workout CommunityHello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community Here is your server Angel Romero with a new video and post, after a period of time without making publications, for me it is an honor, pleasure and enormous pleasure, this time I share a challenge I'm doing, I started it on April 16, it is a challenge of body transformation in 260 days.
Este mes que esta cursando me mude de departamento (estado), decidí un nuevo inicio para mi, mi vida y mis metas personales y como todo se basa en un sistema de hábitos me estoy enfocando en formar hábitos atómicos que me ayuden avanzar en mi día a día en las areas personales, financieras y espirituales.
I have been approximately 6 months without training in a disciplined way and therefore I have neglected my diet, therefore I fell into a comfort zone where I did not want to leave, then this was accompanied with negative habits that led me to poor care, procrastinate and even depression
This month I moved to a new apartment (state), I decided a new start for me, my life and my personal goals and as everything is based on a system of habits I am focusing on forming atomic habits that will help me move forward in my daily life in the personal, financial and spiritual areas
This time we started this challenge with my friend Jhon Lopez from Medellin, he is currently residing in the city of Popayan, we started with a day of adaptation, evaluation of our physical condition and muscular endurance, just basic to start!
