Training Weekly - Day 3Mi tercer día a pesar de la fatiga que sienta, siempre intento no sobrecargar mi cuerpo para poder sentirme al 100% en el transcurso de la semana, es muy impresionante tomar en cuenta que todos los días no vamos a sentir diferentes pero lo más importante es darlo todo en lo que hagamos, ya que el sumar todos los días no ayudará a obtener un resultado satisfactorio a largo plazo

Esté es el 3er día de mi semanario de entrenamiento, a pesar de que no lo suba el mismo día que lo grabe, cumpliré con la frecuencia que es muy importante además de eso, siempre busco mostrar la naturalidad de mis entrenamientos con las personas que están a mi alrededorHello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community I hope everyone is doing well. Me enfoque en practicar trucos estaticos que últimamente he intentado preso se me ha complicado el poder realizarlos por su dificultad pero poco a poco me voy sintiendo más cómodo y tranquilo al momento de realizarlos
Además de esto me encontraba entrenando con un grupo de amigos que conocí en mi recorrido en Bogotá y los que faltan por conocer
