Hola, espero que se encuentren muy bien todos los lectores que estén leyendo este post hoy. Les vengo a mostrar unas fotos que tomé cuando entrenaba el front level.

Como me tocaba entrenar jalón, pero quise dedicar parte de mi rutina al entrenamiento del front y aprovechar que @ciberman había traído su liga, empecé la rutina con un front en full con la liga durante unos diez segundos y hacía unas cinco dominadas en front. Todo eso en tres series. Luego me mantuvo con la barra pegada a la pelvis todo lo que podía. Luego, en dos series, lo mantenía en pica y bajaba lento, subía y, por último, en la rutina, mataba el front straddle durante cinco segundos, luego soltaba la liga y lo intentaba mantener el mayor tiempo posible con agarre cerrado, sin necesidad de la liga. También había hecho otros ejercicios, pero esta vez dediqué más la rutina al front level.

El front level es un ejercicio estático que, en mi opinión, demuestra una gran evolución cuando lo comienzas a entrenar, ya que exige mucha fuerza y resistencia en la espalda, lo que lo hace forzado. Sin embargo, si lo vas dominando con una buena rutina, te darás cuenta de que estás cerca de conseguirlo.

Since I had to train pull-ups, but I wanted to dedicate part of my routine to front training and take advantage of the fact that @ciberman had brought his garter, I started the routine with a front full with the garter for about ten seconds and did about five front pull-ups. All that in three sets. Then he kept me with the bar attached to my pelvis as long as I could. Then, in two sets, I would hold it in pike and slowly lower, raise, and finally, in the routine, I would kill the front straddle for five seconds, then release the garter and try to hold it as long as possible with a closed grip, no need for the garter. I had also done other exercises, but this time I dedicated more of the routine to the front level.

The front level is a static exercise that, in my opinion, shows a great evolution when you start training it, since it requires a lot of strength and resistance in the back, which makes it forced. However, if you master it with a good routine, you will realize that you are close to achieving it.
