SWC Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento en la plaza Concordia en conjunto de @josef-999 y Victor. Comencé calentando con algunos estiramientos en mi casa antes de salir y al llegar a Concordia también hice algunos, al igual que he venido haciendo desde ayer estuve entrenando para mejorar mi fuerza e ir avanzando con los estáticos, comencé realizando algunos segundos de lean planch y mejorando un poco la postura con algunos concejos de @josef-999, logré mejorar un poco la postura pero sigo sin durar más de 10 segundos, seguidamente realice 3 series de 5 repeticiones de push ups en Lean para aumentar más mi fuerza y para corregir algunos errores en mi postura, logré mejorarla un poco al igual que con la lean planch, y culmine con 4 series de 7 repeticiones de push ups en pica para fortalecer más mis hombros. A lo largo de la tarde también pude hablar con un muchacho que estaba entrenando allá y le di algunos trucos para mejorar con su handstand, y también estuve hablando con los muchachos, decidí culminar mi rutina porque ya me había comenzado a dar algunos mareos, pero al ver a los muchachos practicando el front me anime para un tuk advance de front, tras terminarlo me senté a hablar con los muchachos en lo que se me pasaba el mareo y luego me fui a mi casa, si bien no hice mucho de igual manera fue un buen día para mí.
