¡Hola, amigos y amigas de Hive y SWC! Soy Wilfrer Astudillo, aunque muchos de ustedes me conocen como @ban-sw. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas fotografías que capturé en mi hogar, donde tuve una jornada muy especial con mis hermanos. Nos pusimos a hacer pino (o handstand, como le dicen algunos) y la verdad es que fue una experiencia increíble. Mis hermanos siempre han estado a mi lado, viéndome entrenar y motivándose con lo que hago. Hoy, por fin, se atrevieron a intentarlo ellos mismos. Me dijeron que querían probar lo que yo hacía en las mini paralelas y en el suelo, y eso me llenó de alegría.
Aunque no fui al parque a hacer mi entrenamiento habitual, pasé un día fabuloso en casa, disfrutando de la compañía de mis hermanos. Me emocionó saber que se sienten inspirados por mí y que les gusta lo que hago. Al principio, les costó un poco acostumbrarse a esa posición, pero con mucha práctica y, sobre todo, precaución, estoy seguro de que podrán mejorar rápidamente. La perseverancia es clave, y me encanta ver cómo se esfuerzan. ¡Espero que sigan practicando y divirtiéndose!

Hello, friends of Hive and SWC! I'm Wilfrer Astudillo, although many of you know me as @ban-sw. Today I want to share with you some pictures I took at home, where I had a very special day with my brothers. We got to do pino (or handstand, as some people call it) and the truth is that it was an incredible experience. My brothers have always been by my side, watching me train and being motivated by what I do. Today, finally, they dared to try it themselves. They told me they wanted to try what I was doing on the mini parallel bars and on the floor, and that filled me with joy.
Although I didn't go to the park to do my usual training, I spent a fabulous day at home, enjoying the company of my siblings. I was thrilled to know that they are inspired by me and like what I do. At first, it took them a little while to get used to the position, but with a lot of practice and, above all, caution, I'm sure they will be able to improve quickly. Perseverance is key, and I love to see how hard they try, so I hope they keep practising and having fun!
