Bienvenidos comunidad de Hive y SWC, el día miércoles realicé un entrenamiento de abdomen y tomé varias fotos de mi entrenamiento; en este post verán las fotos que tomé, y un breve texto con mi opinión y la rutina que realicé.
El entreno
Podría decirse que el entrenamiento fué un ripper, del cual realicé 2 bloques, pero no, cambié demasiados ejercicios porque no encontré una fuente confiable del ripper, y no recordé de ripper que hice con un amigo hace tiempo.
Aún así, la rutina estuvo brutal, me deshice el abdomen con 3 ejercicios en específico: scissors abs, around the world, y la plancha.
Lo brutal se debe porque empecé la rutina bastante exigente con mis abdominales, pero al continuar realizando la misma, al encontrarme con estos ejercicios empecé a sentir la rutina súper pesada, y súper dura, y súper fuerte lo cual hizo que cayera muchísimo en rendimiento y sintiera una fatiga increíble.
La rutina fué esta:
“Ripper al estilo de Bastien” -Sin descansos-
Elevación de piernas y caderas × 20 reps
Around the world en el piso × 15 reps
Scissor abs × 1 min
Ab crunches × 20 reps
Criss cross × 20 reps
Toques laterales para oblicuos × 20
Spiderman pushups × 20
Plank × 1 min
Around the world en barra × 10
Aunque cabe destacar que aún falta mejorar la rutina porque no se trabajan tan bien los oblicuos, sigue siendo una rutina espectacular y desgarradora.

Welcome Hive and SWC community, yesterday I did an abdominal workout and took some pictures of my workout; in this post you will see the pictures I took, and a short text with my opinion and the routine I did.
The workout
You could say that the workout was a ripper, of which I did 2 blocks, but no, I changed too many exercises because I didn't find a reliable source of the ripper, and I didn't remember the ripper I did with a friend some time ago.
Still, the routine was brutal, I got rid of my abdomen with 3 specific exercises: scissors abs, around the world, and the plank.
The brutal is because I started the routine quite demanding with my abs, but as I continued doing it, when I found myself with these exercises I started to feel the routine super heavy, and super hard, and super strong which made me drop a lot in performance and felt an incredible fatigue.
The routine was this:
"Bastien-style Ripper" -No breaks-
Leg and hip raises × 20 reps
Around the world on the floor × 15 reps
Scissor abs × 1 min
Ab crunches × 20 reps
Criss cross × 20 reps
Oblique side touches × 20
Spiderman pushups × 20
Plank × 1 min
Around the world barbell × 10
While it's worth noting that the routine still needs improvement because it doesn't work the obliques as well, it's still a spectacular and gut-wrenching routine.
