Beautiful mothers and daughters, how are you all doing, I believe we all are healthy and strong.
Everyday we hear about hormonal imbalance,
my 1st writing about our health, our hormones and our Immune as a female, what it means to be healthy and have a strong 💪 system.
Having a strong immune system and a balanced hormone is very important to keep every woman healthy and strong.
Hormones has a lot to do with our mental, physical and emotional health, seriously it helps to regulate our weight, our mood, and our appetite.
As we grow old so do everything in our system grow old.
For a car to be old and still remain clean and strong depends on a good maintenance.
How to keep our hormones balanced
1) Regular Exercise;
History have proven the adverse effects of exercise on women hormone, exercise improves circulation of blood to our muscles thereby balancing our hormones.
More to that, exercise helps to control our body insulin and protects us from diabetes as we grow old.
Physical exercise like walking aerobic exercise keeps a woman active even in bed.
When we are physically active, its helps to boost the percentage of our muscle maintaining hormones like testosterone in our body thereby making us look younger and fresh, it will also help us have more strength and improve our quality of life.
Exercise will help a woman to maintain a moderate weight which is very important to to the body.
2) Balance Diet;
Balance diet is very very important for every woman, because it helps to balance all the necessary vitamins in the body, the more we grow old the more hormonal system reduces and it might affect our reproductive system.
Every woman needs to take lots of protein.
Do you know that as any woman ages so the chances of a woman having a normal child decreases and the percentage of having an abnormal child increases?
There are four major Female reproductive hormones which includes the estrogen and progesterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, This hormone helps to play an important role in a woman menstrual cycle, her fertility, and getting pregnant
So that is why it is very important that we do our best to keep our hormones balance.
Sometimes diet do not do it all, it is encouraging to support our body hormones with some good supplement like;
All this supplements assist in providing vitamins that our food diets where not able to provide in our body.
3) Control your sugar intake
This is another way to keep our immune strong, instead of taking process fruit juice that contains sugar, every woman to learn how to prepare healthy fresh fruit drinks in their various homes.
4) Reduce Stress
Stress affects our reproductive hormones so much that it can cause infertility and can cause miscarriage, especially emotional stress, on this note lets try our possible best to avoid emotional stress, besides stress don't remove our problems rather it adds more to it.
When we are stressed, it increases our appetite and also affects our weight.
Instead of stressing, lets just engage in meditation and yoga.
5) Get Enough Sleep.
This days due hard times women struggle so hard to take care of the children and support the family financially, as a result of that they do not have enough sleep.
To be healthy and have a balanced hormone a woman should have at least 6- 8 hours sleep but sometimes we don't get to sleep to such extent.
But good sleep is a tip of a balanced hormone.
Conclusion
My fellow women, tho it is not easy to achieve all this steps in order to be healthy, lets try our possible best to keep our hormones balanced and remain healthy, young and beautiful.
