Entrena duro, pero en este caso, hablo de tu mente. Tu mente es lo mas importan a la hora de entrenar y de hacer cualquier cosa. Suena a cliché, miles lo han dicho y lo seguirán diciendo, pero es algo que en verdad te va a otorgar el poder de vencer cualquier situación, obstáculo o dificulta de vida y de tus entrenamientos, mientras te mantengas con una mentalidad solida nada te podrá derribar, y si lo hace te levantas de inmediato.
Una mente fuerte no tiene que ver, con situación económica o posición social, si se es de bajos recursos o si no, una mente fuerte no tiene que ver con nada externo, con nada fuera de tu interior. Para nada es fácil ni llevadero, se debe tener esa decisión muy fuerte y cree en eso hasta el final.
Siempre van a existir problemas que quieren impedir que avances, debes empujarlos para seguir adelante. Una mente fuerte es igual a un cuerpo indestructible. Debes creerlo, debes tener convicción, debes confiar y tomar la decisión de una mente fuerte, y te garantizo lograras cualquier cosa y serás capaz de superar cualquier obstáculo hacia la victoria, porque una vez que tomas la decisión el único lugar al que llegaras será a la victoria.
