Hola y saludos amigos de la comunidad yo soy @chiqui-sw y el día de hoy les comparto una serie de imágenes y una corta rutina de front lever que espero y les sea de ayuda y sin mas que decir comenzamos con 10 minutos de calentamiento y estiramiento para comenzar con 15 segundos de tuck de front lever por 4 series, 15 segundos de tuck avanzado por 3 series, 5 negativas de front lever controlando por 3 series, 5 push up de tuck front lever por 4 series y terminamos con 20 segundos de tuck front lever 💪🔥.
