Happy start of the week, have a productive week!!! in this post I share with you a triceps routine at home that you can apply in case you can't be in your training area. The first exercise is the tiger bend, the exercise consists of getting into push-up position and lowering the forearms to the floor. in the second exercise we will do the X-bends, it is a very difficult exercise but very effective. In the third exercise we have the diamond push-ups which is also quite effective, it should be noted that these exercises can also be performed with added weight.
