Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Aquí les comparto una pequeña rutina que hice hoy de front-lever

Primero empecé con un aguante de 5sg de front y pase ahí mismo sin bajarme cambiando a un agarre mas cerrado durando entre 5 o 7sg luego pasando ahí mismo a unas pull-ups de tuck adv entre 3 a 5 reps todo esto siendo una serie en total serian 3 series

Luego de haber realizado la serie anterior hacemos unos dos press de front con aguante al final de mínimo 2sg siendo un total de 3 o 4 series. Para finalizar con una liga que no ayude tanto hacemos un aguante de touch al fallo y cuando no podamos con la liga la quitamos y pasamos a hacerlo en tuck adv igual al fallo esto siendo una seria que en total serian 3 o 4 series
