Como ven en las fotografías son frames que saque de videos en los que de verdad estoy feliz, concentrado o motivado no sé si me estoy explicando muy bien, pero lo que quiero dejar en claro es que este estilo de vida ha cambiado mi vida tanto física como mentalmente y es algo que me hace sentir satisfecho porque pude conseguir todo lo que me he propuesto mediante mi esfuerzo, constancia, perseverancia y disciplina lo cual me motiva cada día al igual que mis compañeros como en esa fotografía donde está (@bastiensw) motivándome en la última serie al fallo de flexiones al estilo Rocky 😅 o en esa foto donde mi compañero (@dimeluiswc) me ayudó colocándome el cinturón porque me pesaba y no tenía fuerzas, ya que era mi último set 😭. Que quiero decir con estas cosas al fin y al cabo que esto no es solo un deporte, es un estilo de vida que no es para todos y que para mí es una parte de mi corazón ❤.

¿Cómo estamos el día de hoy comunidad de #SWC? ¿Todo bien? Pues yo perfecto porque el día de hoy les traigo un nuevo post que no tiene que ver mucho con entrenamientos, sino sobre mi experiencia y amor que le tengo a este deporte y a mis compañeros ❤.How are we today #SWC community, everything ok? Well I perfect because today I bring you a new post that doesn't have much to do with workouts, but about my experience and love I have for this sport and my partners ❤.
As you can see in the pictures are frames that I took from videos in which I'm really happy, focused or motivated, I don't know if I'm explaining myself very well, but what I want to make clear is that this lifestyle has changed my life both physically and mentally and is something that makes me feel satisfied because I could achieve everything I've set myself through my effort, constancy, perseverance and discipline which motivates me every day just like my partners as in that picture where he is (@bastiensw) motivating me in the last set to failure of push-ups Rocky style 😅 or in that picture where my partner (@dimeluiswc) helped me by putting on my belt because it weighed me down and I had no strength, since it was my last set 😭. What do I want to say with these things at the end of the day that this is not just a sport, it's a lifestyle that is not for everyone and for me it's a part of my heart ❤.
