Hoy comencé con una rutina bastante leve y basica para los pectorales, no puedo realizar rutinas tan elaboradas o estrictas debido a que he perdido bastante condición física debido a mi inactividad. Sin embargo con algo de esfuerzo pude realizar una rutina bastante breve para al menos ir comenzando poco a poco y reacondicionarme para luego seguir aumentando la dificultad. Tampoco tuve mucho tiempo, pero el necesario como para realizar varias series de flexiones y algunas de apertura con liga tanto como al pectoral inferior y superior.. No tengo mucho mas que agregar, espero que les hayan gustado las fotos, nos vemos en un proximo reporte.
Today I started with a fairly light and basic routine for the pectorals, I can not perform such elaborate or strict routines because I have lost a lot of physical condition due to my inactivity. However with some effort I was able to perform a fairly short routine to at least start slowly and recondition myself to then continue increasing the difficulty. I didn't have much time either, but enough time to do several sets of push-ups and some open-headed pull-ups with a garter as well as lower and upper pec.
