hola a todos lo de la comunidad hive soy@felixswcab y hoy les vengo a contar lo que fue mi entrenamiento del día de ayer con mis amigos @argos-sw y @chapy-sw ya que ellos me invitaron a entrenar en la plaza del barroso apenas llegué aya agarre las miniparalelas de mi amigo @argos-sw para hacer unos intentos de tuk avance de estradel ya que necesito apretar mas la pelvis para lograr marca estradel luego mi amigo @chapy-sw me dijo que hiciéramos unos dinamicos hay logre tirar 360 y entre otros trucos el hizo 360, tornado,y salida mortal le pregunte que si me podia explicar el doble 360 luego me explico y hice varios intentos asta cansarme me dijo que iba bien por que lograba dar el 360 y tocar la barra con el cambio de manos ya que es una en agarre prono y la otra en agarre supino luego descanse y me puse hablar un rato con ellos y otros amigos que estaban en esa plaza ya despues me despedi y me vine para mi casa aquí segui haciendo intentos de estradel logre hacer unos avances pero todavia me falta mucho por mejorar pero de apoco voy mejorando con disciplina y constancia SWC
