hola a todos lo de la comunidad hive soy@felixswcab y hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de mi entrenamiento del día de hoy bueno hoy hice entrenamiento de plancha primero como siempre estire y calente mis muñecas para ibartar lesionarme tambie hice estiramientos
luego procedi a hacer mis entrenamientos hice lim plancha aguante 35 segundos sin perder postura hice 3 series y descanse 45 segundos cada descanso luego pase a mi sengudo entrenamiendo de lim planche en estradel ya que mi objetivo es sacar la estradel plancha. Hice 4 seríes de esta postura de lim planche de estradel logre durar 45 segundos sin perder postura es un logro la verdad por que duraba 30 segundos nada más luego pasa hacer aguantes de Tuk avance hice 3 series nada más ya que andaba bastante cansado logre durar 15 segundosSWC

I did 4 sets of this estradel lim planche posture, I managed to last 45 seconds without losing posture, it is an achievement, the truth is, because it lasted only 30 seconds, then it was time to do Tuk holds.
