Hello, today I'm going to tell you about one of the most underrated elements of calisthenics - gymnastics called the Olympic press and supplement: Olympic press and suple.
This element is useful for beginners to start mastering more elements / movements such as static push ups, balance and dynamic strength as: handstands, planks, among others.
How does it help us?
It shares several ways to apply leverage/force and balance at the same time in one movement.
How can I train/obtain it?
There are three (3) principles to obtain/learn to control/master the Olympic Press/Suplex, which are:
1.- Strength Basics such as push-ups, dips and general pushing strength 🔥🔥.
2.- Balance 🍃.
3.- Flexibility of shoulders and legs 🤸♂️.

Dicho elemento sirve a principiantes para empezar a dominar más elementos / movimientos de puje como estáticos, equilibrio y fuerza dinámica como: Parada de manos, planchas, entre otras.

Hay tres (3) principios para obtener / aprender a controlar / dominar el Press Olímpico / Suple, los cuales son:
1.- Fuerza Básica como flexiones, fondos y fuerza de empuje en general 🔥🔥.
2.- Equilibrio 🍃.
3.- Flexibilidad de hombros y piernas 🤸♂️.
