Ejercitar el abdomen es fundamental para adquirir fuerza en el resto del cuerpo, debido a la relación de estos músculos con tu columna vertebral, mantenerlos fuertes y tonificados te ayudará a mejorar tu postura y prevenir lesiones lumbares y dolores de espalda.
Exercising the abdomen is essential to gain strength in the rest of the body, because of the relationship of these muscles to your spine, keeping them strong and toned will help you improve your posture and prevent lower back injuries and back pain.
Es por esto que hoy les he traído un súper set en paralelas, relativamente rápido, con el objetivo de entrenar el abdomen de una manera activa y en poco tiempo, lo ideal sería realizar al menos 3 series.
