Pueden cerrar el agarre para que asi se les haga mas facil el aguantar ya que esto crea un tranque entre sus dorsales y brazos, entre mas cerrado mas fuerte es este tranque, igual que traten de adaptar las repeticiones a su ritmo y respirar en cada uno de los ejercicios ya que en el estatico las personas suelen no respirar y esto puede llegar a algo feo. | You can close your grip to make it easier for them to hold as this creates a lock between your back and arms, the more closed the stronger this lock, just try to adapt the repetitions to your pace and breathe in each of the exercises because in the static people often do not breathe and this can get to something ugly. |
