Hola, un saludo grato y cordial para todos los lectores que visualizan mi publicación el día de hoy. Espero que se encuentren muy bien, que tengan un excelente día y que estén con ánimo y hambre de mejorar cada día en esta hermosa disciplina, como lo son la calistenia y el street workout. No siendo más, el día de hoy les enseñaré todo lo que hice en mi entrenamiento de front lever y Hefesto. Primero me levanté bastante temprano porque tenía que llevar a mi novia para un trabajo que le salió. La casa de mi novia está bastante retirada de la mía, entonces opté por entrenar cerca; tuve que buscar una paralela que me sirviera y pensé en esta paralela que está al lado de una cancha en el barrio Libertador, parte alta de San Cristóbal.

I hope you are all doing well, that you have a great day and that you are in the mood and hunger to improve every day in this beautiful discipline, such as calisthenics and street workout. Without further ado, today I will show you everything I did in my front lever and Hefesto training. First, I got up quite early because I had to take my girlfriend to a job she had. My girlfriend's house is quite far from mine, so I decided to train nearby; I had to look for a parallel bar that would work for me and I thought of this parallel bar that is next to a court in the Libertador neighborhood, in the upper part of San Cristóbal.
Llegué como a las 8 am, calenté muy bien y empecé haciendo 1×4 de aguantes de half. Me vi bastante cansado; en esto aún me cuesta. Luego hice 1 Hefesto asistido + 3 pull-ups de tuck 1×4. Después realicé tuck de tuck + 5 corean dips 1×4 y, por último, hice 20 Australia pull ups + 10 pelícanos. En estos últimos dos ejercicios se me complicó bastante, ya que no había una barra adecuada para ejecutarlos, entonces opté por una máquina dañada que había; aunque estaba desproporcionada, al momento de agarrar, me sirvió para realizar los ejercicios. En este entrenamiento no me sentí bien, pero aún así no voy a desistir con mis entrenos, ya que tengo mis objetivos claros. Bueno, chicos. Gracias por su atención. The last two exercises were quite complicated for me, since there was no suitable bar to perform them, so I opted for a damaged machine that I had; although it was disproportionate, when it came to gripping it, it served me well to perform the exercises.
