Hola, un saludo grato y cordial para todos los lectores que visualizan mi publicación el día de hoy. Espero que se encuentren muy bien, que tengan un excelente día y que estén con ánimo y hambre de mejorar cada día en esta hermosa disciplina, como lo son la calistenia y el street workout. No siendo más, hoy les relataré la tarde de freestyle que viví el domingo, donde estuve acompañado de grandes amigos de aquí de San Cristóbal, entre ellos @enrrique-sw-48, donde tuvimos una gratificante tarde de puro freestyle en el pabellón de gimnasia de San Cristóbal. Éramos alrededor de 6 atletas que estábamos volando y practicando trucos nuevos o realizando combos.

I hope you are all doing well, that you have a great day and that you are in the mood and hunger to improve every day in this beautiful discipline, such as calisthenics and street workout. Without further ado, today I will tell you about the freestyle afternoon I experienced on Sunday, where I was accompanied by great friends from here in San Cristóbal, including @enrrique-sw-48, where we had a rewarding afternoon of pure freestyle in the gymnastics hall of San Cristóbal. There were about 6 athletes who were flying and practicing new tricks or performing combos.
Cómo era de esperarse era un ambiente con mucha motivación dónde yo efectue trucos dominados e intentos de otros nuevos, aquí en San Cristóbal hay bastantes atletas con freestyle y compartiré algunas fotos de todos los que hicimos apto de precencia esa tarde, practicar freestyle con compañeros o amigos es muy motivador ya que supongo que a todos nos a gustado agarrar un truco nuevo siendo apoyado por tus compañeros de entrenamiento y así como también viendo exelentes combos que dan mucha motivación y el pabellón de gimnasia es el lugar perfecto para intentar trucos nuevos ya que hay muchos colchones que nos ayudan a tener seguridad por si acaso pasa una caída este fue el relato de la tarde de freestyle. As expected, it was a very motivating environment where I performed mastered tricks and attempted new ones. Here in San Cristobal there are quite a few freestyle athletes and I will share some photos of all of us who made it to the top that afternoon. Practicing freestyle with teammates or friends is very motivating since I suppose we all liked to learn a new trick being supported by your training partners and also seeing excellent combos that give a lot of motivation and the gymnastics hall is the perfect place to try new tricks since there are many mats that help us to have security in case a fall happens.
