Hola, un saludo grato y cordial para todos los lectores que visualizan mi publicación el día de hoy. Espero que se encuentren muy bien, que tengan un excelente día y que estén con ánimo y hambre de mejorar cada día en esta hermosa disciplina, como lo son la calistenia y el street workout. No siendo más, el día de hoy les enseñaré todo lo que hice en mi entrenamiento de front lever, donde puedo decirles con mucho gusto que mejoré considerablemente mi aguante del mismo, ya que mis entrenamientos y el descanso han dado frutos y me han llevado por el camino del progreso, siendo el día de hoy el mejor entrenamiento de front lever que he tenido hasta la fecha. Estoy muy contento de mejorar en el deporte; esto me motiva a seguir avanzando. No siendo más, les relataré paso a paso mi entrenamiento de front lever.

I hope you are all doing well, that you have a great day and that you are in the mood and hunger to improve every day in this beautiful discipline, such as calisthenics and street workout. Without further ado, today I will show you everything I did in my front lever training, where I can tell you with great pleasure that I considerably improved my endurance of it, since my training and rest have borne fruit and have led me on the path of progress, with today being the best front lever training I have had to date. I am very happy to improve in the sport; this motivates me to continue advancing. Without further ado, I will tell you step by step my front lever training.
Primero empecé realizando aguantes de front lever el máximo tiempo posible; este isométrico lo aguanté 5 segundos y es un gran avance para mí. Una vez terminé las cuatro series de este ejercicio, comencé a hacer aguante de touch de tuck + 3 pull ups. Una vez terminé sus respectivas 4 series, ejecuté negativas de front lever y, aunque me costaron y perdí un poco la forma, me gustaron ya que me muestran que he ganado mucha fuerza y, por último, culminé con dominadas pronas. Contento por los resultados, les comparto esta publicación con el mensaje de que sigan entrenando, que el esfuerzo da sus frutos. Bueno, chicos. Gracias por su atención. First I started by holding front lever for as long as possible; I held this isometric for 5 seconds and it is a great advance for me. Once I finished the four sets of this exercise, I started doing tuck touch holds + 3 pull ups. Once I finished their respective 4 sets, I performed front lever negatives and, although they were difficult for me and I lost a bit of form, I liked them because they show me that I have gained a lot of strength and, finally, I finished with prone pull-ups.
