3 segundos de front + 5 segundos Straddle front + 10 segundos de tuck advance, entro lo de 3 segundos de mi front en full me marque mi press de front en full no es perfecto pero logré aguantarlo, y siento que me emocioné mucho ya luego para la Straddle taba muertoQue onda mi Gente de #Hive y #SWC , el dia de ayer me tocaba entrenar combos, mejore más en fuerza ya logré aguantar un press de front en full, bueno comenzando con el primer combo:

Luego descanse un poco y paso algo interesante vino un amigo con reto que si lograba que su botella de agua cayera parada, me iba regalar una chupeta y lo logré solo que olvide grabarla y luego si seguí entrenando
segundo combo:
5 pull ups -5 segundos -5 press de tuck advance, ya los preses no representaban un problema para mí lo hacía relajado y eso me alegra bastante ya que antes no podía con los 5

Y mi tercer combo, último pero no menos importante:
3 segundos tuck advance + press (3 reps)

Bueno gente con respecto a mejoras, ya aguanto un press en full, y ya los preses no me cuestan tanto como antes yo diría que es un logro , así que siento que vamos bien, en estos días estuve pensando todo lo que logrado y pase de 0 a casi el 100 es increíble lo mucho que he avanzado, bueno nos vemos en el siguiente entreno cuidese mucho, hasta aquí llega el reporte de hoy
