Estos ejercicios de pierna son de nivel intermedio para poder realizarlos ya deben tener una fuerza base y estos ejercicios los pueden realizar en manera de circuito, es decir, realizaran todos los ejercicios corridos y al finalizar descansan de 3 a 4 minutos, y pueden realizar de 3 a 4 series dependiendo de la resistencia que tengan. | These leg exercises are intermediate level to be able to perform them you must already have a basic strength and these exercises can be performed in a circuit way, that is, they will perform all the exercises in a row and at the end they rest for 3 to 4 minutes, and they can perform 3 to 4 series depending on the resistance they have |
