Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento nocturno.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you some pictures of my night workout.
Tenia planeado entrenar front pero antes queme la plancha, me sentía muy pesado la verdad pero quiero recuperar en front lever, después que hice muchos intentos empecé con la rutina.
I had planned to train front but before I burned the plank, I felt really heavy but I want to recover in front lever, after I made many attempts I started with the routine.
Hice algunos hefestos después de mucho tiempo y si he perdido mucha fuerza en los hefestos, tratares de incluir rutina de hefestos una vez por semana para recuperar y mejorar. Cuando valla a Venezuela quiero participar y disfrutar mucho de los eventos de street workout.
I did some hefestos after a long time and if I have lost a lot of strength in hefestos, try to include hefestos routine once a week to recover and improve. When I go to Venezuela I want to participate and enjoy a lot the street workout events.
