Hola comunidad de #SWC después de tanto!, regresando como debe ser empiezo con una serie fuerte y ardua de ejercicios de resistencia a tope!, con la calidad y ejecución al maximo, de todas mis fuerzas.
Empezando con circuitos de 4x4, con sentadillas explosivas,dominadas al pecho, fondos rústicos, y bardips destructivos, los cuales se empiezan de ciculos de 4 repeticiones, por 4 series consecutivas.
Con intervalos de descanso 🌡️, de 1.5 mins por cada tiempo de prolongación, yendo a el enfoque destructivo, y desplazando cada estructura de mis fuerzas para que esas 4 reps, sean mortales.
Eso al final, que se le suma el plus de hacerlo 4 veces y ya al final, haciendo una terminación de flexiones neutrales en stibars, gracias #SWC por siempre andar al tanto de todo, y disculpen mi ausencia alargada, por problemas personales, pero lo importante es siempre andar en la delantera y nunca dejar de entrenar, un saludo y 🦜.
