Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi ultimo entrenamiento el cual realicé ayer, ayer fui a casa de @chiqui-sw a entrenar free y combos de fuerza, fui a las 5pm para que entrenaramos temprano y por si acaso se iba la luz, fui a esa hora, llegue y calente al rededor de 10 y empecé a lanzar free, calente con unos 360 y salidas e intenté despues de bastante tiempo una salida a frontflip y me salio despues de bastante al primer intento, segui entrenando e intente un combo que habia intentado la ultima vez que entrené y esta vez me salio bien y fluido, luego meti 2 dobles 360 en un mismo combo y con un 540 tambien, estaba bastante feliz porque me sentia liviano y me puse a entrenar flexiones en parada de manos e intentos de frontlever, terminé la rutina con esto y con dos super sets de muscle ups, fondos y barras, fue un muy buen entreno !
