Leg routine and muscle stretching/Rutina de pierna y estiramiento muscular[ENG/ESP]

Hello friends of hive, <how are you?, I hope you are well, today I am here to talk about this exercise routine you are doing.

Hola amigos de hive, <¿qué tal se encuentran?, espero que estén bien, hoy les vengo a hablar sobre esta rutina de ejercicios que realice.

Today I went to a park in my area and performed an exercise routine to tone the muscles of our legs and then a stretching (elegation) of muscles to finish the routine.

El día de hoy fui a un parque de mi zona y ejecute una rutina de ejercicios, para tonificar los músculos de nuestras piernas y Luego un estiramiento (elongación) de músculos para finalizar la rutina.

After having warmed up my body I started with the first exercise doing squats with a leg raise to the front, with my right hand I touch my left leg when raising it and so I do the same with my other hand and my other leg, doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, so we begin to tone our legs and a little of our arms.

Después de haber calentado mi cuerpo comencé con el primer ejercicio haciendo sentadillas con un levantamiento de pierna hacia al frente, con mi mano derecha toco mi pierna izquierda al levantarla y así hago lo mismo con mi otra mano y mi otra pierna, haciendo 3 series de 10 repeticiones, así comenzamos a tonificar nuestras piernas y un poco de nuestros brazos.

Then the second exercise is getting into a horse stance and staying there for a minimum of 10 seconds and a maximum of 20 seconds, doing a set of 3 repetitions.

Luego el segundo ejercicio es poniéndose en una postura de caballo y manteniéndote ahí durante 10 segundos como mínimo y 20 segundos máximo, haciendo una serie de 3 repeticiones.

I continued with a frog jump touching the ground with the fingers of my hand, jumping from right to left and from front to back, I did a series of 4 with 10 repetitions.

Continué con un salto de rana tocando el piso con los dedos de mi mano, saltando de derecha a izquierda y de adelante hacia atrás, hice una serie de 4 con 10 repeticiones.

Finally, I did a stretch (stretching), to end my exercise routine.

Por ultimo realice un estiramiento (elongación), para finalizar con mi rutina de ejercicio.
