La rutina se basa en un circuito de Pull ups, muscle ups, fondos en barra y front lever.
Próximamente estaré compartiendo rutinas para músculos específicos, o rutinas para mejorar algunos movimientos de la calistenia como tal.
Mi objetivo con #HIVE es hacer cada vez más grande la calistenia y que un mayor grupo gente la conozca, Al mismo tiempo crecer como atleta profesional y como comunidad.
