Después de una larga guardia de fin de semana en mi trabajo, finalmente llegué a casa y decidimos salir a pasear por el centro comercial Sambil Paraguaná. Este lugar es uno de nuestros favoritos para pasar el tiempo en familia, ya que ofrece una gran variedad de tiendas y actividades para todos. Aprovechamos la ocasión para comprar algunas cosas necesarias para el comienzo de clases de Emiliano, entre ellas su lonchera, que él mismo eligió con mucho entusiasmo.
Cabe destacar que caminamos bastante, ya que el bebé estaba lleno de energía y quería correr por todo el centro comercial. Estaba tan contento que les digo que le dio más de dos vueltas a todo el Sambil, y sus energías parecían no agotarse. Fue realmente impresionante verlo disfrutar tanto.
Por supuesto, no podían faltar algunas fotografías haciendo handstands, mi bebé y yo, como toda familia calisténica. Nos encanta capturar estos momentos especiales y compartirlos con nuestra comunidad. Fue una gran salida, y disfruté mucho esta noche junto a mi familia. No hay nada mejor que pasar tiempo de calidad con los seres queridos, especialmente después de una semana de trabajo tan intensa.
El Sambil Paraguaná es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse y divertirse. Con más de 200 locales comerciales, incluyendo marcas icónicas como Adidas, Nike, y Tommy Hilfiger1, siempre encontramos algo interesante que hacer o comprar. Además, las modernas salas de cine y los restaurantes de calidad hacen que cada visita sea una experiencia única2.

After a long weekend shift at work, I finally got home and we decided to go for a walk in the Sambil Paraguaná shopping center. This place is one of our favorites to spend time with the family, as it offers a wide variety of shops and activities for everyone. We took the opportunity to buy some necessary things for Emiliano to start school, including his lunch box, which he himself chose with great enthusiasm.
It should be noted that we walked a lot, since the baby was full of energy and wanted to run throughout the mall. He was so happy that I tell you that he circled the entire Sambil more than twice, and his energy did not seem to be exhausted. It was really impressive to see him enjoying it so much.
Of course, I couldn't miss some photographs doing handstands, my baby and I, like the entire calisthenics family. We love capturing these special moments and sharing them with our community. It was a great outing, and I really enjoyed tonight with my family. There is nothing better than spending quality time with loved ones, especially after such an intense work week.
The Sambil Paraguaná is a wonderful place to relax and have fun. With more than 200 stores, including iconic brands such as Adidas, Nike and Tommy Hilfiger1, we always find something interesting to do or buy. In addition, modern movie theaters and quality restaurants make each visit a unique experience2.
