     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven normalmente todas mis publicaciones. Hoy vengo a ustedes con una nueva publicación en la cual les voy a comentar sobre el día que, junto a muchos compañeros, realizamos un día enfocado en el freestyle, el cual realmente fue un día muy agradable, pero les comentaré en este post a detalle.

Today I come to you with a new post in which I will tell you about the day that, together with many colleagues, we did a day focused on freestyle, which really was a very nice day, but I will tell you about it in detail in this post.

     Ese día llegamos Aproximadamente al mediodía, para poder hacer todas las cosas que íbamos a realizar y que rindiera realmente el tiempo de una manera buena, entonces normalmente lo que realizamos fueron bastantes cosas y entre todo esto realizamos bastantes combinaciones para poder practicar para las competencias o también para obtener bastante experiencia competitiva poco a poco con el tiempo, en el caso de mi persona realicé bastantes cosas mayormente enfocado en movimientos estáticos y movimientos de poder, Como lo que viene siendo las pull ups de front lever y sus variantes como el press de front, los touch front lever y muchos movimientos más, Aparte también movimientos fuertes de plancha como lo son la plancha supina y la plancha neutra en paralelas, y todo esto combinado también con bastantes transiciones buenas para poder obtener bastante fuerza y memoria en los movimientos.

That day we arrived around noon, so we could do all the things we were going to do and really make the most of our time, so normally what we did was quite a few things and among all this we did quite a few combinations to be able to practice for the competitions or also to gain a lot of competitive experience little by little over time, in my case I did quite a few things mostly focused on static movements and power movements, such as front lever pull ups and their variants such as the front press, front lever touches and many more movements, apart from strong plank movements such as the supine plank and the neutral plank on parallel bars, and all this combined with quite a few good transitions to be able to gain enough strength and memory in the movements.

     Fue un día realmente agradable por el hecho de poder platicar con bastantes personas conocidas y principalmente que les gusta el deporte, ya que normalmente no es tan practicado, pero agradecido con todos por un día genial con gente que comparte el mismo amor por el deporte como mi persona. Así que esto sería mi publicación de hoy; nos vemos en el siguiente post.

It was a really nice day because I was able to talk with quite a few people I know and mainly who like sports, since it is not normally practiced so much, but I am grateful to everyone for a great day with people who share the same love for sports as I do. It sounds like you had such an awesome day! I think it's really cool how you and your friends practiced all those amazing freestyle movements. The front lever pull-ups and the plank exercises sound super challenging, but it’s awesome that you’re building so much strength with them. I bet it must feel great to work with people who share the same passion for sports. Not everyone gets the chance to be part of such a great community. I also liked that you focused on transitions because they help so much in improving your flow during competitions. Keep up the hard work! Do you have any tips for someone just starting out with freestyle training?
