Por lo general se requiere ya una base estable ya sea flexiones en pica, parada de manos en pared asistida, saber direccionar la caida para evitar lesiones y ese tipo de parametros, igualmente con mucho esfuerzo y constancia se llega a dominar este ejercicio y sacarle variantes, ya sean parada de manos a una mano, parada de manos bandera y muchas mas.
