Saludos amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC hoy les comparto unas fotos posando junto a mí entrenador personal, hoy fue el último día en el gym por esta semana ya que partimos hoy a Caracas por la Competencia Nacional de Novatos.
Hoy entrenamos pecho y hombro para ir con buen físico a la compe, esperamos buenos resultados al presentarme! Han surgido muchas adversidades y dificultades para ir a presentarme pero mi esfuerzo y disciplina no serán en vano, iré y volveré con un gran puesto en mi categoría Men's physique ya que todo mi esfuerzo tendrá su recompensa.
Hello friends of Hive and athletes of SWC today I share with you some pictures posing with my personal trainer, today was the last day at the gym for this week as we leave today to Caracas for the National Novice Competition.
Today we trained chest and shoulder to go with good physique to the competition, we hope good results to present me! There have been many adversities and difficulties to go to present myself but my effort and discipline will not be in vain, I will go and come back with a great position in my Men's physique category because all my effort will be rewarded.
