En el día de hoy amigos realicé algunas de mis rutinas de básicos como pueden observar realice algunos ejercicios de empuje y de jalón para poder acondicionar el cuerpo y ganar Masa muscular, los básicos son muy importantes al realizarlos porque son muy importantes para el cuerpo y acostumbrar al músculo a ganar fuerza y resistencia, en cada serie descansaba de 3 a 5 minutos y por ejercicios de 10 a 15 minutos para que el tejido muscular se pudiera recuperar y no se fatigará mucho, hoy quise venir al parque a las 8 am porque me gusto como estaba el día para las fotos y así poder compartir con ustedes mi rutina de básicos
Today friends I did some of my basic routines as you can see I did some push and pull exercises to condition the body and gain muscle mass, the basics are very important to do because they are very important for the body and get the muscle used to gaining strength and resistance, in each series I rested from 3 to 5 minutes and per exercise from 10 to 15 minutes so that the muscle tissue could recover and not get too fatigued, today I wanted to come to the park at 8 am because I liked how the day was for the photos and so I could share with you my basic routine.
