En el día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes amigos algunas fotos para empezar la semana con buenos entrenamientos lanzo siempre estáticos los días lunes ya que de martes a viernes entreno full y que sábado y domingo lo agarro para poder recuperar los tejidos musculares y así poder yo poder sacar rutinas de ejercicios para poder ayudar a cada persona a cumplir su objetivo el sus ejercicios ya que de verdad me gusta mucho ayudar a persona que desean practicar algún deporte y los motivos a seguir ese sueño de cumplirlos y ser muy reconocido en cualquier lugar que vaya, amigos en día de hoy realice algunas fotos lanzando estáticos como straddle con varias aperturas y agarre, back lever, back lever a un brazo y Prayer en straddle, ahorita me ando preparando fuertemente ya que desea competir en futuras competiciones y darme a conocer mas dentro de este deporte❤️
